I phoned them because I needed to quickly return home and my door was locked. My lock was instantly fixed when they arrived! They were really welcoming and competent, and it was a pleasure working with them. The key they supplied me is fully functional. I can't believe how quickly they were able to respond and resolve my issue!

Adam is EXCELLENT--polite, professional, on time, reasonably priced. I have used him several times and he has always done a great job. Today he installed a smart lock on my front door and kindly came back a few minutes later when I couldn't unscrew the back of it with my lame screwdrivers to set the code! I would not use anyone else
