Give them my watch for a service and new hands They quoted me 225 which I agreed They said it would take 4 weeks I was constantly ringing them chasing it up after the 4 weeks but the communication was shocking. 3MONTHS yes 3MONTHS later I got my watch back, I do not recommend these for watch repairs unless your happy waiting 3x longer than they tell you it will be I told them I wanted it for my holiday which was 2 months after they took the watch, but they still didn't have it ready They have done a good job cleaning the watch up though just a bad service

Could not ask for a better service, and at a very reasonable price. The fault in my watch was thoroughly explained to me, and the repair was done in 3 days. A lovely family business, with no flannel just the facts'. Thank You !!

Nothing but fantastic service. Took my Raymond Weil watch to Precision Time when it became heavily water damaged following a bad service/ repair by Ernest Jones. When i collected the watch it looked brand new. First class work conducted at a really competitive price. Thank you so much.
