I called Potts as they are local and had excellent reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Shane advised that he would call a little while before he would get to us, and as promised, he did.
Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and extremely efficient. He even gave me a run through of what he did and why he did it.
I couldn't have asked for more!

Peter Lowcock5 StarShane gave me his expected arrival time, he was punctual and quickly identified the problem with the UPVC door lock mechanism, giving me a price.
The necessary work was done, some minor hinge adjustments were also made and the fault was resolved.
Shane also provided help with a couple of window locks - at no extra cost.
An excellent job in all respects, highly recommended.
