I bought my husband a leather belt for our third wedding anniversary. I wanted to add a personal touch and asked Plymouth Trophies if they could engrave it for me. I asked for a message and his initials. At first they didn't think it would be too visible as it was black on black but I was very impressed with the end result and my husband love it too. Very reasonable and very friendly service. I would definitely use again.

Popped in this morning to get some engraving done, and was pleasantly surprised when I was told if I waited for 15 minutes, it would be done there and then. True to his word, Tom did it in no time, and I was very pleased with the finished item. Will definitely be back for further engravings in the near future.

I am sorry to say that I am not at all pleased! On my first trip all was good, my key was cut and away I went. Tried it straight away in our patio door key would not turn either way! Phoned and was asked to come back in, which I did. Informed that it was the shoulder which was promptly filed and returned to me. Tried it again same problem, phoned and asked for a refund as I lived outside of of Plympton. Three trips now, (refund wont cover fuel) and I can not be bothered to come in again. Very sad as I love family run businesses, although you may want to revamp your website and take out "guaranteed to work first time"??
