My lock failed and I called PLK early May 2022.
Dave messaged to say he could see me within half an hour. This was about 6 pm on. A Friday night as well.
Dave called and sorted out the lock- it took a bit !
He was super friendly and very professional - a top lad.
Had a slight issue after a few days and Dave called straight away to sort out - a man who takes complete pride in his work.
I would recommend PLK to anyone and will use them again when needed
