What struck me about Peter is that he was very honest and professional from the very start. He was transparent about what needs doing (and not doing unnecessarily) and transparent about the price too. (Two other locksmiths never gave me a full price - it was 'approximate' and 'subject to').
I couldn't believe that everything was sorted in just a bit over an hour. And....my friend wasn't charged arm and a leg! Completely reasonable price.
