Excellent all round. Visited promptly to unseize lock and trim key. Also advised and fitted a key safe which will be a great help in my holiday cottage. Lives in Tetbury unlike locksmiths run by call centres pretending to be local and charging excessively.

We moved into new business premises and found that there were two combination locks on the two main doors and the landlord had no idea what the combinations were! We called Pixielock as we were aware they had a good reputation. Ollie took our call, gave good advice over the phone and booked a time to come and sort it out for us.
