First contact was through messenger chat, which was responded to very quick. Then received good advice over the phone, and an appointment was booked (not an emergency, due to having other door access). Turned up at the appointed time, and opened the door, showing me exactly what had failed in the lock. Left me with a working door that could be locked, whilst a new part was ordered. Returned a few days later and fitted the new part. Also adjusted the door to fit the frame better. Very good service, and a very good price. Hopefully won't need again, but I would recommend them.

Over a 5 day period I rang and left several messages about needing a garage door repair. I never even received a reply or any acknowledgement and I therefore gave up and had to go to a different company. Very disappointing. Since this review I have received a reply from Carl and felt that I should acknowledge the comments. I did use the landline number given on the website and I didn't think my case could be regarded as an emergency and so did not use the mobile number. It would appear therefore that the landline number has some problem.

It says on the web site that they cut keys,but when I visited the premises I was told they did not.
