Mint Car Creative5 StarTook my Grandfather’s watch in for a full service as it was losing a lot of time. Just had it back and I’m blown away by the service and the work they have done. Not only did they service the movement but they also replaced the glass and changed the winder to a much better one as part of the work.

DazAltTheory5 StarI remember as a small child going to this exact business with my Father getting his various timepieces repaired. Now, in my mid 40's, I do the exact same thing as he did decades earlier.
The constant remains in outstanding Customer Service, prompt repair and value for money for work completed. It doesn't matter if your watch was bought for £20.00p or £20,000 you'll always be treated with respect by the staff.Friday 16th June 2023

Phil Dakin5 StarBrought my 9 year old Hamilton field watch to Phoenix- it was losing a few minutes a day and was due a service- The turnaround time was quoted as ten weeks but they got it done in five- complete with a 12 month warranty, new seals & springbars, and pressure tested to 50m (twice)- How's that for a full service? The watch is back to running great again- couldn't be more impressed with Phoenix Watches and I'd definitely recommend them- many thanks again!Saturday 26th August 2023
Michael Victor5 StarAmazing service. We went in today for a battery replacement, the service was fantastic! We were told that it would be 14.95 and that they take cash and card payments. 5 minutes later, we got the watch back and our surprise the time and date were also set.
