My grandfather had a very specialised watch which had become corroded and damaged, and I contacted multiple different watch repair shops across the country and was told by all of them that the refurbishment was not possible, beyond sending it back to the original manufacturer at a huge expense and lengthy lead time for an official repair. Alexandros was the only one who said he would be able to do it, which made me unsure since everyone else had told me it was not possible, but I need not have worried - upon visiting him he was incredibly professional, understanding and well spoken. He articulated clearly the steps he would undertake and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Though it did take a little bit longer than originally estimated, this was understandable due to the nature of the restore and he informed me of the reasons why along the way. Receiving the restored watch you would think it were brand new. The difference is astounding, I couldn't have imagined it could turn out so well. See before and after photos below. Most importantly, my grandfather is beyond thrilled to have his watch back. I can't recommend Perpetual time enough - if you have a special watch which needs work, this is your guy.

Thanks Alex - appreciated. Alex handled the servicing of my Dad’s Tag Heuer Carrera 02. What I liked most - was the updates throughout the servicing of the Watch. An email notification to confirm the various stages of the process. This goes a long way, in terms of reassurance and also enabling a guesstimate of where we are at along the timeline. Thank you.

I've used Alex 2-3 times previously and have always been impressed by his work. I've recently had a Tag Monaco refreshed and it now looks like a new watch despite me wearing it daily and suffering from scuffs and scratches. I would highly recommend Alex at Perpetual.

Having previously used the services of this outstanding watchmaker, I sent my 12 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Just to Alexandros for its first service. Because it was particularly battered through wearing it everyday I opted for a professional polish and bezel refurbishment. It was away for six weeks - approximately half the time quoted by my local Rolex dealer and about half the price too! I received regular progress updates both by text and email which was very reassuring. On completion of the work, Alexandros returned the watch on a Saturday morning avoiding our frquent hospital visits. On receiving my watch I can honestly say that I was completely blown away - it looked like a brand new watch. I would have posted 'before and after' photographs but they wouldn't have done it justice. I can only describe the quality of the workmanship as spectacular! Alexandros is a rare find - if you have a quality watch that needs servicing, repairing or refurbishing he is your man. Great service, great work - perfect. I can thoroughly recommend Perpetual Time.
