I’d just like to thank Chris for attending my dad’s to fix lock problem so quickly. My dad has recently been diagnosed with MND and has difficulty communicating. It was really appreciated when you also went back to help out. Thank you again for such great service Chris has changed locks on two doors at our house. He quick to respond and agree visit time, work has been carried out quickly and all explained clearly. I would use Chris again in future and would recommend him to anyone needing any help with house locks. My front door would no longer lock and I called Chris from Pentland Locksmith Services after being recommended to him by a friend. Chris came to my house shortly afterwards, diagnosed the issue and was able to get my door fixed without replacing the door. Chris is very reliable, friendly and professional and his prices are very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for any further issues. We supply and fit Anti-Snap Euro Locks as standard when a customer requires a door lock change. If you are moving into a new home you should always consider changing the door locks. Our rear patio doors were stuck locked. Called Pentland Locksmiths late that evening and explained the issue. Chris came round the next morning, not only did he fix the doors he also solved the issue that caused the door to fail in the first place, then he also straightened the doors so that they shut without banging into each other. All within good time as well. Paid the price he quoted over the phone and he was very friendly and professional throughout. Great service, highly recommend.

Fantastic job my door was completely jammed shut having had quotes from other locksmiths the prices were just ridiculous , messaged Chris very responsive, very reasonable priced and so professional even cleaned up the bit mess from the door/lock would definitely recommend 5 star!!!
