I have been a customer of this bespoke store for many years. Michael Freeman and his team are extremely knowledgeable and spend time explaining their wide range of products. Technical support and after sales service are second to none. A range of Panasonic, LG and Samsung TVs are on display. The OLED models are astonishing in clarity, colour and sound definition. Prices easily match the large outlets and mouthwatering finance options are available. Ample car parking behind the premises. As a customer of this store, one feels like an individual, not a mere number. I wouldn't go anywhere else for these products. Mr Freeman has built this, his own business, with that special touch. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with a soundbar purchased around a month ago. This was sorted out very quickly by Michael. I had initially spoke to him by telephone and arranged to go to the store, where a replacement was waiting for me. The customer service was brilliant, Michael has a very pleasant and helpful manner. I would be more than happy to buy from Panasonic Inverness in the future.
