RONJON KAR1 Star3 missed appointments (including 2 no shows). Eventually when Palladium Locks did add a lock to an internal door they badly damaged the door frame and scratched the new door in several places. After I highlighted these issues, Palladium Locks advised they would be in contact. As expected I didn’t hear anything (except a request to remove the negative feedback)
I don’t recommend this dishonest, unreliable and incompetent company....Friday 7th February 2020
