I’ve visited the store on a number of occasions, and every time I’ve been made to feel welcome. There is no pressured sales approach. Instead there is a friendly interaction and a willingness to help in any way. Alan , Gary , Christine and the team are fantastic. Without doubt, it is the best store experience I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t dream of purchasing any Omega watches or products from anyone else. They are a fantastic team. Thank you all.

Great friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Was made to feel very welcome. When buying a watch Rica the sales assitant was very knowledgeable and helpful when picking the watch. No rush to buy, no pressure just a freindly service with a smile.

I have owned several omega's but never purchased any direct from the boutique up until now. I've gone there for alterations and got to know the staff a bit Mainly Allan and Gary... Allan knew I was after a white dial seamaster for a while but I always put it off due to other circumstances...on this visit he informed me it was due to go up in price in a matter of weeks by £250 so good enough reason to buy now says I...From start to finish Allan was very professional and genuinely decent guy,made sure I was happy with the fit before I was on my way(be in for my pen soon)thanks very much for a great service
