Locked out of my home without mobile phone, credit card or anything useful, when door slammed shut by wind; went to a neighbour's house to use phone and phone directory; 2 other services had already promised to arrive within 30 minutes, only to call my neighbour after promised arrival time and cancel appointment due to lack of available locksmith; at least another 2 services would not even book a call out without credit card details.
