Scott H5 StarI was unable to unlock my front door, after trying and failing to resolve myself, Richard was recommended to me. I probably made the job more difficult by trying to fix myself but Richard was very patient, pleasant and determined to resolve the problem. The door was subsequently opened and a temporary lock was fitted until a new mechanism could be sourced and fitted the next morning.
