We have used Justin at Nokkel before and when our front door lock recently decided to lock us out one evening this week had no hesitation in calling him. Within 20 minutes he was there, spent an hour drilling out the lock to get us back in. He returned the next morning to fit a much better quality lock. No messing about, always friendly and knows his stuff. 100% reliable and trustworthy - no wonder he is so busy.

Had an emergency with a front door, 3 hours before flying off on holiday. Tried several "24 Hour" locksmiths who either didn't answer or wouldn't come straight out. Justin was there in 15 minutes and sorted everything. I would highly recommend.
