I used Neil a few times and recently to replace the old failed glass units across the back of my house. He is always very professional and his communication from advice, to quotes, to confirming job dates is first rate. He provides a great service at a fair price and work is brilliant. I would highly recommend Neil for the servicing and repair of PVC windows.

Neil responded to my query quickly this week and came out on time to fix a dodgy door mechanism on the internal porch door. He suggested stripping it down and oiling it first and if that didn't work he would seek a replacement. On closer examination he noticed one of the springs had fractured in the door handle and so he replaced that and reinstated the door. He also tightened up and oiled the front door handle and lock. His price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to others and would contact him again for any issues with my windows and doors. Thanks Neil!

Phoned Neil early Monday morning after I found my double glazed unit broken. Within a couple of hours he was measuring up for new glass and gave me a quote a little later the same day. With so many trades people letting you down lately, Neil's quick response, reliability and professionalism was really refreshing. Highly recommended from me. Thanks Neil.
