Nicola Stokes5 StarWithin an hour of phoning Karl he had arrived at my house and explained in detail what needed fixing with my front door and how he was going to do it. The work was done quickly and with a much better quality replacement lock. He also checked my other uPVC doors for me and adjusted one which was a bit “crunchy”. Very nice guy and very happy to recommend him. Will have no hesitation calling him again should I need to.Monday 15th November 2021
Gino Laidlaw5 StarA key in a backdoor broke off in the lock. I contacted Karl and he was round in a short time. He replaced the lock and adjusted the locking mechanism and hinges.
