Out of keys, no key blanks at all, what a wasted trip. UPDATE So I did return a week or so after leaving this review and thankfully it did have key blanks. Yippie. However would still rate it one star as sadly the machine kept dropping the blanks. I paid for the three key deal but only managed to get two keys. You could hear the machine go to pick up a new blank, start to move it to the vice and start to cut it, only to then hear it fall on the floor. It did this so many times it ran out of blanks again and said I had to contact customer services with a special code it generated to get a refund for the last key. In theory this is a great idea and means I can always get a key cut whenever the shop is open. I think however instead of using this I will just get them cut at the supermarket which usually has a Timpson just outside. Shame as I'm all for technology but seems like this isn't a finished product/machine, merely a beta test?
