Lost keys meant the outside door locks had to be changed, Craig arrived the following morning as arranged, quote was provided beforehand. is chatty and professional and also knowledgeable re locks. The 2 locks were changed quickly and professionally, 5 keys provided for each lock. I am happy to recommend A Lock and Key.
