Mark was an absolute life saver for me recently. A bathroom door handle in my flat got stuck, trapping essential medication behind it. This lead me calling out Mark around 8AM ON A BANK HOLIDAY and he was able to come out almost immediately and for a totally reasonable call out price. He fixed the issue quickly and non destructively. Other companies were charging higher call out fees and could only get to me after 90 mins or more, which is totally understandable on a bank holiday. Mark coming out when he did was meant a potential medical issue avoided Mark also agreed to just take the call out fee as his total fee, as the job did not require materials, which he did not have to do. I’m now only going to be using MSM for both my emergency and planned locksmith work and will be recommending MSM to anyone who will listen!

Excellent service! I contacted Mark late in the evening as I was having issues with the lock on my front door. He arrived very quickly, was very professional and was able to fix the problem. Very friendly and efficient - I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Mark!
