I have had the pleasure of buying a watch, The Perfectly Useless Afternoon, from Mr Jones Watches. The watch is astonishing and is truly a beautiful piece that I can see quickly becoming a mainstay in my collection. The fit is comfortable, I quickly forgot that I was wearing the watch as it fit so seamless. The yellow silicone strap accents the piece beautifully however, I would have preferred if the strap was quick release. I was incredibly pleased with the customer service I revived during my experience. My shipment was heavily delayed due to FedEx and customs issues but thanks to the prompt replies from the team I never felt alone during this complex process. Every reply felt truly genuine, and I never felt as if I was just an order number but a person. This experience has led me to recommend Mr. Jones Watches to friends and family if they are in the market for not just a watch but a beautiful piece of art with a rich and unique story in every one. Overall, I am more than pleased with the purchase of my watch and look forward to filling my collection with more watches from Mr. Jones Watches. Love love love! (Apologies the review is so late) Ellie was absolutely fantastic in helping me choose which design I wanted and altering it to suit me. Both her and Sofia have amazing customer service skills. Both so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. All watches are extremely reasonably priced. Amazing quality and care. I've been wearing my watch for a good few months now and it hasn't got a single scratch on the watch face and the strap is made of leather so no issues there! Will definitely purchase from here again and would one day love to visit this gorgeous little shop!
