Excellent service. Very quick to respond to call. Professional job. Had broken lock in front door. Couldn't open it. Parts were no longer available for it, but he sourced and was able to get me similar replacement. All sorted. Highly recommend.

I contacted Model Locksmiths to arranged refurbishment of front and back PCV doors consisting of new mechanisms, locks and handles, After a brief discussion, Stephen had all the relevant information to order all the parts and schedule a date, Stephen was very flexible so I could co-ordinate the work to be carried out at the same time as other works to the house, The fitting process was very efficient and very professionally carried out. I am delighted with the results, initially I thought it would be a preventative maintenance task but after seeing the finished job I realise it was in fact essential maintenance task and it would only have been a matter of time before a failure would have occurred.
