caroline glasner5 StarI had to get a lock changed and the service with a smile I got at Masters was second to none. I am almost hoping I will need the services of a locksmith again, just so I can return back there. When I bought the lock, Emilio explained how to fit it but also advised it could be a bit tricky and offered to fit it for me for a small fee. I am glad I made the right call as when he did fit it, it turned out to be tricky due to the door being hollow and wood being needed to fill it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Emilio and your wife (sorry I don't know her name) for giving old fashioned wonderful customer service.Friday 1st October 2021

Jacky Devitt1 StarCut two keys for our flat across the road. Keys didn't work so I went straight back. He had cut them on a shorter key. Would not re-cut, would not refund, would not walk across the road to check the keys. Called me a fraud and threw my business card back in my face. Am trying to upload a video of the aggressive, violent man behind the counter. Luckily I paid with Visa, and they are not going to honour the payment. I have been a property manager for 39 years, and have NEVER been to such a disgusting key cutters. Considering I manager about 250 properties he has done himself out of a lot of business.Wednesday 15th September 2021
