Amazing!!, walked in and was politely welcomed by Jake, helped us get our perfect fit wedding bands. From having exact sizing rings in platinum, to being able to tailor make the rings, a spot on turn around, me and my partner left extremely happy with the service. First called in while passing-by in Dec 2021, where we were greeted by Jake, invited to sit down, made to feel welcome and this is where it all began. Since then we've been lucky enough to buy a couple of watches, and every time we've been in, we've had a giggle and availed ourselves of lots of tea (and Champagne at Christmas!). Everyone we have interacted with has been friendly, including the person most people will see first - Craig on the door. It does feel like the 5th generation family business that it is, and not a corporate. Lots more purchases planned with Jake, and we can confidently and enthusiastically recommend him and the whole team.
