Benjamin Brust5 StarBrilliant job. Needed old, dodgy lock fixed on back door. Mark came on time the next day and replaced with a much more secure lock, adjusted the lock position to tighten the fit (no more howling winds in winter!) and tidied up with filler. Bronwyn Mcgeorge5 StarCalled Mark , the call was answered quickly, Mark was polite and helpful on the phone. We arranged a time for him to come to the house, he arrived on time, was professional and friendly. More importantly the door was sorted quickly and is working again. Mark had a card machine with him so paying was easy. I was also expecting to pay more so I feel the price was reasonable. He said that he felt we shouldn’t have anymore problems, however if there was we were just to call and he would come out and sort it for us. Great service! Peter Maddison5 StarOn arrival at holiday cottage we found ourselves unable to enter due to key not turning in lock. Two neighbouring key holders also found their spare keys would not work. Mark was contacted by the owner of the property and drove for an hour and a half on a Saturday night, arriving at 8pm, and managed to get us in to the property. He then fixed new locks, leaving about 10 pm for a one and a half hour return journey in the beginnings of Storm Franklin. We cannot speak more highly of Mark and his professionalism.
