I visited Lunn’s yesterday with the intention of buying an Omega watch. Travis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was able to try the model I originally thought I wanted but after he also showed me another variant I ended up purchasing it instead. Being able to try on the watches and discuss them with someone who really knows their stuff massively helps with confidently making a buying decision. Top-notch customer service from Travis and Lunn’s. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for watches or jewellery in future and they certainly deserve their excellent reputation.

The weekend before last, my wife and I purchased an Omega and a Cartier watch from Lunn’s in Belfast. We had the good fortune to be guided and advised on our purchases by Travis Young who manages the Omega boutique. His knowledge was vast and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was one of the most enjoyable retail experiences we’ve ever had! Not only would we highly recommend Lunn’s as the best place to buy a luxury watch on the island of Ireland but would urge you to get an appointment with Travis first to discuss your needs. Ian & Jean

We visited the Breitling store a few weeks ago to order a Superocean Heritage. Travis Young was absolutely amazing and helped us source and order the one we wished to have. Communication with Travis was fantastic and he kept us up to date with progress, considering there were only 3 available in the U.K he did a great job sourcing us the watch we had set our sights on. It arrived a few weeks later and we collected it on Friday. From the moment we arrived in store and until we left the service and professionalism from Travis was fantastic and we had a great afternoon and were made to feel valued as first time Breitling customers. Also assisting us was Jenna Watson who provided excellent customer service and hospitality. My wife now wants her own Breiting the same model as Jenna was wearing ! It is clear that the staff are passionate about their work and the products they sell. We would give 10 stars if we could. We will see you again soon ! James and Helen

My girlfriend and I have been in the Omega boutique a few times over the last month, as new Omega customers. Most recently, we attended a special event today, looking at the new 2022 collection. I honestly don’t have words to describe how good the experience was, not only today, but the previous two visits included. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Travis (who helped me size my Omega Seamaster and gave me an overview of the purchase) and Conor (who showed us all the new pieces, and took his time to let us try on everything we were interested in). The team are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much of an ask for them, and they have done an incredible job of introducing us to the brand. We are already planning out our next watches, and I couldn’t think of a better place to buy from. Exceptional experience on all counts. Thanks so much for everything, we’ll be back again soon!

Honestly very impressed with the service from start to finish. Lunn’s was one of the first Jeweller’s we visited when looking for an engagement ring. We visited many other Jeweller’s in Belfast and surrounding areas and none are in even in the same league as Lunn’s in terms or service, professionalism, discretion, presentation, the list goes on! Lunn’s have got this business locked down and know what they are doing down to every subtle detail. We want to thank Claire Gourley who helped us throughout. We ended up buying one of the first rings Claire presented to us along with our Wedding bands. I look forward to doing business with Lunn’s again in the future!
