Went to replace my watch batteries and the service was very professional. What i loved about the service: - It was done under a few minutes. - He also took the effort to ensuring the time and date were correct before handing it back. -The service was also personal with the owner recognising me straight away at arrival. -no long cues will go again

When out shopping, it is completely normal to have the intention of trying different things and wanting to purchase them if you have a liking to them. Not with London Time Watches. After asking about watch sizes, the Customer Assistant in the Westfield Shepherds Bush branch (old lady with blond hair) very rudely stated that she didn't know anything about sizes and tried to shoo us away. After insisting that if she was unable to advise about watch diameter sizes (bit weird as this is supposed to be a watch company), I said that this wasn't a problem and that I would be happy to try on some watches and see the sizes on my wrist myself. I don't mind a little attitude as long as there is decent level of co-operation. What came next however was some of the worst customer experience I have ever seen. After asking to try some more watches on (and barely being at the stall for 5 minutes), I was very rudely told that the lady "didn't have time" for us because we weren't going to buy anything. Firstly, unless selling watches also gives you mind reading ability then this is a ridiculous, unsubstantiated claim. If I saw something that clicked with me and it was at a fair price (with decent customer service I might add), I likely would have bought it. This is how shopping generally works. Secondly, the entire idea behind working in 'Customer Service' is evident in the very title. You serve the Customer within reason - and asking to take a look at watches in a watch shop is as reasonable as you can get. Besides, even 'IF' I didn't want to buy a watch within 5 minutes of looking around at the London Time stall, is that any reason to dismiss a customer entirely? Apparently it was more important to place stickers on bags in a corner than to engage with a customer who wanted to see different types of watches. Absolutely appalling Customer Service, an extremely rude old lady who will refuse to serve you if you apparently don't decide to buy a watch within 15 seconds. Avoid and find another stall, there are many in Westfield. Risking such a horrible attitude is not worth it.
