Helen Cartwright5 StarReally friendly and polite people. Came out on the same day (at the weekend) as I had a door that I could not close, let alone lock. Were open and honest about costs of parts and offered me alternatives to try and suit my budget, if I'd needed. Spoke to me about what they were doing, made sure the fit of the new system was perfect and the lock was working smoothly. Gave me the chance to try it so I could see if I was happy and felt comfortable to ask, what could seem to lots, lots of silly questions and advice.

The front door is now safe & sound again and I will be getting him back to upgrade my locks on the back door & conservatory.

Definitely a phone numbers you need to store in your phone for those emergency situations but also in case you ever want any locks changing or upgrading.
