Locksmith Loughborough FAQs
Got questions for our expert lockmsiths? Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions from our residential and commercial customers.
What’s the call out charge?
There isn’t one, nothing and we don’t intend to ever charge one.
What do you charge?
A fair amount based on the job, we have no call out charges or minimum fees. We can’t quote specific fees as every job tends to be different, with different door and lock types and certainly different situations. We guarantee you’ll be satisfied with our work and the price!
When are you open?
We open 24/7 for emergency work. You can book a free quote or any work at a time convenient for you. Contact us any day of the week, any time, if you’re locked out or have a security emergency. Book an emergency locksmith call-out.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of Loughborough and the surrounding area and villages; e.g. Cotes, Stanford On Soar, Barrow upon Soar, Quorn, Nanpantan, Shepshed, Woodhouse etc. If in doubt get in touch, we will help you.
Can I book an appointment?
Yes, for any type of job or for a free quote. You can book online here or request a call-back to agree a time with us. Book a locksmith appointment now.
Do you undertake any security work?
We work on most doors and locks for domestic and commercial property, however, we do not carry out work on alarms or security systems.
If I lose my keys, or have just moved home, should I change my locks?
We’d always advise that you do. If you are not 100% sure who has every copy of your keys then it is sensible to change the locks. In some cases, you will find that if you suffer a break in and there is no forced entry, that your home insurance may not pay out if you haven’t changed the locks.
