After there had been a number of attempted burglaries in the area I wanted to speak to someone about my security options. I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone who arranged for one of the locksmiths to come out the same day to have a look. They arrived at the time they said they would and had a look at the locks on the front door and back patio doors. The guy explained everything to me and showed me a number of options that I could choose from. He then upgraded the locks and also fitted a high security handle to the front door and a handle which had no access to the lock from the outside as we do not use this as an entry point. I am extremely happy with the work and was taken through everything step by step so I understood what was happening. The man cleaned up after himself and wiped all the surfaces he had worked on with anti bacterial wipes...which is a rare thing in tradesman these days! Would 100% recommend. Thank you very much.

Cannot thank them enough! Was in such a pickle after loosing my house keys, and had 3 children in the car. They had me in my home within 15 minutes and changed the lock for me. Brilliant service, lovely guys. Would 100% recommend.

It's a shame there isn't 10* stars! What an amazing company, we phoned them out, as we where locked out of our home with 2 toddlers and a newborn! Due to a family member loosing the keys!.. However!.. L&E Ltd came out within 30 minutes at 2 in the morning, opened our door with minimal fuss nor noise, the engineer called Lee was brilliant! Extremely polite and knowledgeable which put us at ease! Within minutes our door is open and our lives back on track! I've recommended to all my friends and family and would definitely use again in a heartbeat! Thank you guys! Absolutely wonderful service! 👌
