Alan came to change our locks after moving into a new property and we could not be happier with the service. He gave us the confidence in the security that the top-end locks he uses would provide and sound advice to help us choose which we wanted. He also went above and beyond - removing a cat-flap panel in our sliding doors to secure them properly, found us a key that unlocked the windows (not left behind by the previous owner) and advice on how to secure the gates. Gold star service, look no further.

100& Customer Service. I needed a lock changed after moving into a new property & felt unsafe as it was not known if the previous occupants still had keys to the property. Alan was the with me within an hour having just finished a job near mine. Alan was friendly, efficient, professional, very high quality of the product & work. I had a double glazed door that decided to fail in the closed position. Not an emergency but needed fixing. Phoned Alan after a friend recommended his services on Thursday afternoon and told him I was in no rush to get it fixed, he said he could make tomorrow at 10.30 and he arrived exactly on time. He managed to open the door and I identified the broken parts, He had what was required on the van and all was fixed within the hour. Great Service thanks Alan. I'd highly recommend and use in the future.
