The lock on one of my bi-folding doors broke and despite contacting the manufacturer directly they were unable to supply a replacement or even suggest where I could find one .After searching online and reading the positive reviews I phoned Lee and he turned up within the hour. He explained that he would do his best to source an identical coloured handle and locking unit within a week. Better than that he turned up the next day with the necessary handle and unit and replaced it quickly and neatly. His charge was very reasonable especially considering the trouble he had obviously gone to in order to source and collect the part. Not only was I very happy with the prompt service I found him to be a very pleasant and decent bloke. Top marks and well recommended.

Great response from Lea when my door lock was coming loose, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to fix my lock so it worked and came back with a replacement. Took his time to make sure the lock worked and was very tidy. Would highly recommend.

Lea was on time as promised, got on with the job sorted the lock out. Unfortunately didn't have the part required. Made the house safe and said he would return with the part in a couple of days. He phoned the next day said he had the part and would be around to fix the lock. Job done. Brilliant worker, super bloke. Highly recommended by me.

Lea was fabulous - responded to a message from my husband on a Friday night when we’d lost the key to our bi-fold door and couldn’t find the spare. (Tricky with a new puppy when you need to be in and out the garden all the time!) Put our mind at ease that he could help and promised to come out at 8am the next morning - Saturday. Turned up prompt, gave us temporary lock immediately until high security one in stock. Returned at agreed time ( again bang on time) to quickly fit the new lock. You can’t ask for better service than this and what a lovely chap. Highly recommend.
