Called this business this week for a quote to replace 3 barrels in patio doors and their availability. Steve the owner answered the mobile number. His quote was very competitive and he happened to be my side of town so arrived within 15 minutes. Carried out the lock changes and also realigned and tightened all the doors at no extra cost. Faced a challenge with one of the door bolts being completely rusted and seized up. Dealt with it calmly and practically. What a Lovely Genuine Guy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again myself for locks or conservatories
