Speedy service! I recently needed to get a lock replaced at a property where the key had been snapped off inside the lock and Sean was able to remove the old lock and install a new one within about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be recommending his services to anyone in need and will definitely use him again if/when the need arises.

Excellent, efficient and professional service from Sean (aka Brian!) he's personable, very respectful and just very good at what he does. I had a worrying situation with a house I let out in Bishop Auckland where the tenant had abandoned the property but when I was able to contact her she told me the locks had been changed and she had posted the keys through the door (!) Arranged to meet Sean at the property but before he arrived we had been able to gain access via the backdoor because I had spare backdoor keys. (Fortunately for us the key was not still in the door) Nevertheless he replaced all locks on both the front and back doors and was able to provide me with some very helpful information about the previous lock changes. A credit to his trade Thanks Brian!

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. They really are a 24hr service. I’m a nurse in a busy hospital and after a long shift got home to find my door would not open. Called them at 4 o’clock this morning in the pouring rain and came out straight away. 20 minutes later they were in! Secured my door overnight and came back today to replace the broken part. Thanks lads!
