Steve came and fixed the lock on my patio doors. He suggested what he thought the issue was, took it apart to investigate and then showed me the issues. He thoroughly explained exactly what he was going to do and the reasons why. Cannot fault him at all. Genuine and friendly. Very reasonable too!
