Not only was she able to rescue my keys but she was able to do so by getting them out of the bag and out of the car without any damage! Turned up as promised, worked tirelessly whilst she was here, very professional, polite and efficient.

Phoned LSB who immediately put my mind at rest stating that they would be able to unlock the car without damage.
Turned up when they said they would and had the car unlocked within minutes, very professional and very pleasant to deal with.
