Totally unprofessional and intimidating. On completion of the job I said to the owner (who I think is Will Kirwan) That I was not happy about the way he had left my home. The mess was unacceptable and the damage that he had caused to the door, doorframe windowsill. He went crazy! It was like a switch. Physically threatening me screaming he was going to sue me and that I was just saying this to get out of the remainder of the bill. He then got in his van shouting more threats as he left. I am shocked and quite shaken by what has just happened in my own home.
In response to your reply below.
Firstly, I do not know what a knocker is! Secondly, I paid £250 on your first visit no questions asked. With £100 to pay on completion of the job. I most certainly did not suggest nor imply that I would not be paying for the work. All I wanted was to know what was going to happen about the damage. I also made it clear that I was not happy for the way you left my home. As a result, the metal fillings from your grinding that you did not clean off of my window sill have rusted and stained the PVC. As a professional of 40 years (Can't see it myself) that you would be aware of these issues and prevent them from happening.
What I find most concerning is that you are not denying nor defending the way you behaved. It seems that you actually see nothing wrong in the way you acted and think that that is an expectable way to conduct yourself. You obviously do not like it when people stand up to you! You, Will Kirwan are a bully and I hate bullies.
