So grateful to Mark. I found him through a Google search. I did actually ring someone before him informing them of the issue I had with a ground floor window. They were not able to make it until the next day. However Mark made it a priority and made sure he was with me within half an hour. He was very knowledgeable, explained the situation fully and was very efficient. Mark also came equipped with a card reader, so I was able to pay by card and received a receipt of my payment. Mark fitted new locks to my elderly mother house, he did a brilliant job and was extremely helpful at every set of the process from ordering the parts to suggesting options I would not have thought of. Very professional, clean and above all friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
