Val V5 StarFound John on Google, and I wasn't expecting to get my lock fixed within the space of 3hrs, I was just looking for quotes. But John came around and he was very polite with an elderly lady, explained things, sent me videos of what the fix was. He also explained things to someone who doesn't speak English for a first language. I definitely recommend John to anyone, he is very polite, did not rip me off.
