I was kept up to date by Kath in the office of what was what at all times. The engineers i had for both jobs were very polite, helpful an cheerful. They also wore ppe which was very important to me. The engineer arrived on time, adhering to appropriate covid-safeguards and was both knowledgable/expert in all matters security as well as being courteous with a high degree of customer care. The system was configured back to "full" working order with the minimum of fuss and the highest levels of expertise.
