Leymans Jewellers was first established as a company in 1887. The business was run by the Leyman family until 1982, when it was sold to the company that Chris Lewis was employed by. In 2001 Chris purchased the company and it is run as a family business – carrying on the proud tradition of great service and jewellery craftsmanship at great value. Lovely small non chain jewellers recommended by a friend. Super service. Engagement ring enlarged by a whole size and claws on stones tightened. Dropped the ring in on Monday and picked up the completed ring on Wednesday!!! Work carried out in 2 days on premises which is rare nowadays. Very reasonable price less than £30. The owner Chris does the repairs and adjustments on the premises. Finished resize was perfect.
