Really pleased with the service I received today. I rang this morning because the lock on my front door wasn’t working and Kevin came out within the hour. He explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Plus he was friendly and conscientious - my daughter was asleep upstairs so he worked super quietly to make sure not to wake her. Would definitely recommend Laurel Bank Locksmith!

We had a stuck key in a temporarily fitted UPVC door which was already difficult to close and lock. Kevin was conscious that we didn't want to spend too much on a temporary door and took time to explain clearly the options available. Once we'd arrived at a decision he got on with the job very efficiently. The door is now easy to open, close and lock! We then explained that we needed to change the barrel on another lock and Kevin showed how we could easily perform the task ourselves. In short we are extremely pleased with the service. Thank you!

Kevin provided an excellent service, booking in an appointment which fitted in with my work, explaining different lock type options and fitting a new lock for me. He even adjusted the fitting so the handle is now easy to shut and lock. Great service and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use again. Thank you!
