Superb service spent a Saturday morning looking at rings. I am delighted with my choice I'd like to thank Katrina for being so kind and patient. Absolutely terrible service. Bought 2 engagement rings from the Southampton branch and it took over 4 months to get the ring back from resizing. And now the other ring is not the right size but have stopped responding to my emails about arranging an appointment.

A truly wonderful experience - my initial enquiry was dealt with by Fiona who helped me source my dream watch. She was so warm and friendly and on the telephone made me feel like she really valued my custom, I could not wait to get into the store to experience the great service in person. On arrival at the store, Stewart came to greet me and the welcome was equally as warm and friendly. My daughter commented how chatty everyone was and it didn’t feel like the watch shops we had been to previously. The handover was great, Stewart went into great detail and I left a very happy man, with a watch I love. Met with Louise at Southampton branch to discuss Rolex Watches and how to go about purchasing one. Given the waiting lists for Rolex, I was expecting them to be a little arrogant etc, However, Louise was very professional and courteous, let me try some on for size, and explained the whole process for me. Hopefully I will be able to purchase a Rolex at some point from Laings and I'm also planning on buying another watch whilst I wait.
