Hannah D5 StarWe have used Keymaster regularly over the years. They've been reliable, efficient and deliver outstanding service. They're very reasonably priced. We've used them to cut keys for various properties and also to help with security and never been let down.
Please ignore potential customers like Frank Rose who left the previous review. This review was left maliciously and is clearly vexatious. Expecting a business to be at your bec and call whilst they're likely seeing other customers is ignorant. Not informing the business you no longer need a quote and having them ring you back is rude. Having the business end a conversation with you because you're passive aggressive and condescending is not unexpected. Matthew Hatton5 StarKeymaster are always great. I called in yesterday at 12.30pm to see if they could fix my UPVC door, Pat was at my house by 2pm, diagnosed within minutes, arrived back with the new parts half an hour later, finished by 3.30pm. Cannot fault them.Friday 14th October 2022
GoogleSearch71 StarIncredibly rude and patronising down the phone. When I need something fixed that's not in my area of expertise, I would call out for it. I wasn't too sure on what the issue was and was ridiculed down the phone....I called because you know best and was made to feel so insignificant. Would recommend other locksmiths, not this one.
