My name is David Platts and I am the founder of KeyLock Services. I served as a senior weapons engineer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service for 32 years and then underwent locksmith training at A1 SAS Locksmith with Bob Curry in Hereford. I was also trained at 1st Call Lockouts in auto locksmithing in Birmingham. These two schools are the most recommended and respected in the country. I am qualified to NCFE level three and am also DBS checked.  It's rare nowadays to find a tradesman who restores your faith in human nature. I stupidly locked my only car key in the boot of my MX5. Rang the first two locksmiths on Google "sorry pal can't help you". Rang Mazda "bring log book and we'll order a new key. £192 an 7-10 days". Then I rang Dave at Keylock "what year is it? What's address is it? Be there in a bit". True to his word arrived within the hour. Boot open keys retrieved within 10 mins. Very reasonable price. Then we got talking, he's only an avid MX5 owner, gave me some advice on maintenance, parts and details of the owners club. Great bloke, great service A*. Highly recommended, telephoned this morning as my husband was having trouble with his broken key fob, no problem to this company, came out this afternoon, in no time at all a new housing was fixed to the car key and my husband breathed a sigh of relief. Thank you so much for your customer service. EXCELLENT
