Pip from Key Change Locksmiths is frankly brilliant. My front door lock 'gear box' decided to fail and not let me back in the house. Pip came very quickly and not only fixed the problem, but also explained what was going on and how to fix it, along with general advice. She genuinely has good pricing and doesn't top load the parts you pay for. She also kindly answered my questions about the door handles which were lose etc on our double glazing, which she can also help with which is frankly a relief to know I have found someone who knows what they are talking about and honest coming to fix them. I can't recommend Pip and her company highly enough!

I had a very tricky door to realign. I assumed (very wrongly) that it would be just adjusting the hinge mechanism. Pip came and very patiently worked out what the issue(s) were and got it all fixed. It took over 2 hours and many opening and closings of the door but I now have a secure house. I can’t thank Pip enough. I just wish I had used this company before when I had the initial repair done which caused the realignment.
