John Liston5 StarNeeded a second key for my 300 C. Went to a number of lock smiths around town and main dealer no luck. Decided to try KAT Master Locksmiths, met Jay on the counter and he could not be more helpful. Cut the key, went to the car with his box of tricks and within no time i had a second key. Could not wish for more. Only one in the area that helped, well done Jay.

David Bivens5 StarWhat a great team! My telephone inquiry was promptly answered and my problem quickly identified. I was given a number of options as to the way forward. The team could not have been more understanding and helpful. I chose to have a home visit. An appointment was promptly made for the next day, the technician telephoned on the morning of the visit to give me an estimated time of arrival. A full inspection of the locking mechanism was made, the problem was quickly identified, the lock was given a thorough test of function and a clear demonstration of use given.
