Disgraceful. My mum ATTEMPTED to order something from the store. She was told a week later when she went to pick it up that it had not actually been ordered and it would then be ordered. She then went in to pick it up a week later and it wasn't there yet and to come back a week later. 3 weeks from it was ordered she went to pick it up and still no ring. The 'manager' of the store was incredibly unhelpful and had to be ASKED to make a phone call to find out what the problem was. She said it had been dispatched and had not reached the first store before it would then be posted to our local store. She later contacted us to tell us no its not coming and had never been sent out. Took about 6 minutes of arguing to get an apology. Manager refused to give us contact details to make a complaint. She said there was "no one above her" to complain to. Messaged Karine and Co from their website and got no response. Will NEVER be back.

This review relates to service I received at the Connswater Shopping Branch in Belfast but their company policy is the same company wide (across NI). My mother bought a necklace from them a few years ago and the one and only stone in the necklace kept falling out and at first they refused to do anything about it until I had to step and quote consumer law to them and even then it was quite the battle just to get them to replace a faulty necklace. Foolishly I recently bought my wife a Guess bracelet from the same store and this time the catch which contained magnets was broken. Bracelet was returned 3 days later and they sent it of to Guess to be replaced. When my wife went to collect the bracelet they tried to charge her £7.95 postage and packaging for returning it to Guess for repair. Yet again another battle and they only backed down once I threatened legal action. Two occasions and two very bad experiences.
